He signed up for DeliveryMark before he had his clients.
He targeted various retail stores who may want to start making deliveries.
For certain companies, ones he felt could give him a large volume of deliveries, he would create a DeliveryMark Proof-of-Delivery (POD) document to show them during his sales pitch.
How?
He would have this POD on his tablet when he visited the potential client. (Often he would print the POD before he visited them.) During the course of the conversation, he would show them the POD. They were typically impressed and often agreed to try his delivery service.
His creative strategy really helped him get his business started.
He now uses DeliveryMark for all his deliveries.
Every now and then, when he wants to prospect a large potential client, he will create a POD for them and use it in his sales pitch.
